How do I unlock the whole game?

The first level is free. Tap Unlock on any locked world in the World Map. A grown-up answers a quick question, then the App Store or Google Play asks to confirm the $3.99 purchase. It's a one-time purchase that opens all twenty-five levels.

My child asked to buy it. Why hasn't it unlocked?

If your family uses Ask to Buy (Apple) or purchase approvals (Google Family Link), the game shows "Waiting for a grown-up to approve." Once a parent approves on their phone, the game unlocks by itself the next time it's open. Nothing is charged unless a parent says yes.

I bought it before. How do I get it back on a new phone?

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, install the game, and open the World Map. The game usually finds your purchase by itself. If not, tap Unlock on a locked world and choose Restore purchases, or go to Settings → Restore purchases. You're never charged twice.

Where is my progress saved?

Your stars, coins and rescued friends are saved on the phone itself, not online. Deleting the game deletes that progress, but your purchase is kept by Apple or Google and comes back with Restore purchases. To start over, use Settings → Reset progress (your unlock stays).

It's too hard (or too easy)!

Change the difficulty any time in Settings: Peaceful means Whip Whap can't get hurt, Normal is the usual game, and Nightmare is for heroes only.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by the store, so refunds go through them: Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund page.
