The game · Support · Privacy

The short version: Whip Whap to the Rescue does not collect, store or share personal information from anyone, including children. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no chat and no links to social media. Your game progress stays on your device.

This policy covers the Whip Whap to the Rescue game for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Crane & Archer, LLC ("we", "us").

What the game keeps, and where

To remember your progress, the game saves a small file on your device only: which levels you've beaten, your stars and coins, how many friends you've rescued, whether you've unlocked the full game, and your settings (sound, vibration, difficulty and control side). This file is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the game deletes it, and Settings → Reset progress clears it.

What we collect

Nothing. The game has no sign-in, does not ask for your name, email, age, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and does not use advertising identifiers. We have switched off the game engine's (Unity's) analytics, crash reporting and hardware statistics.

Purchases

The full game is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles the payment; we never see your payment details, name or email. The store only tells the game that the unlock was bought, so it can open the levels and restore them on a new device. Unity's In-App Purchasing software inside the game passes these messages between the game and the store. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies cover the purchase itself. Every purchase in the game is behind a grown-up check.

Children's privacy

The game is made for kids and grown-ups alike, and is designed to follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK GDPR, and Apple's and Google's rules for family apps. Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing to review or delete. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

If you email us

If you write to support, we use your email address and what you tell us only to reply and help. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we'll delete the conversation if you ask.

Changes to this policy

If the game ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes out.
